Monthly Retainers

Due to the success of monthly agreements with some of our larger customers, we have decided to offer these monthly retainer packages to everyone.

A monthly retainer agreement is a mutually beneficial exchange of monies and services, between you and us.

The retainer agreement allows you to purchase a set number of hours per month, engaging our services for 12 months.

Making a monthly retainer agreement represents a higher level of commitment from both parties to an ongoing working partnership that supports successful outcomes, such as increased website traffic, growing an email list, growing sales, improving social media reach, etc.

Not included

Retainers do not include new websites, web applications, installation or setups unless agreed. Services not included can be purchased separately, and we will provide an estimate for such.

Payment

Retainers must be purchased in advance at the beginning of the month. Any additional hours worked will be invoiced to the client, at our standard hourly rate of £40, the following month.

Hours

Unused contracted hours cannot be accrued for subsequent months. Monthly Retainers have a minimum commitment of 6 months, which can be terminated with one month’s written notice.
