Hybrid mobile app for Jet2holidays.

As the UKs third largest package holiday company, it was time to get responsive.

Jet2 has a responsive website and associated app, but the holidays devision only had a desktop non-responsive website. During the process of redesigning and creative a responsive website solution, it was decided to also look at an app solution.

The app is part-native: the splash screens, tutorial, burger-menu and search panel, after that the new responsive website will be pulled in.

WMSP have had their responsive website live for the last two years. After much analysis of the site’s user-interaction, a new dedicated mobile website has now been built. The new mobile website has customer call-to-actions across the site, ticket purchasing and vital information. The content has been fine-tuned and reduced to what users actually want to get from visiting the site on a mobile device.

Apart from the safari drive through, animal and adventure park, WMSP also offer a wide range of teaching days, holiday clubs, conservation talks and accredited learning courses. So much so, it was felt that now was the right time for a separate website to showcase their new Safari Academy!

We recently launched the new West Midland Safari Park website, but now it’s time to go mobile.

Their current new site is responsive, but some due to the amount of content, some elements are unnecessary when viewing on a mobile device.

Our task was to create a dedicated-mobile site with online ticket purchase too.
